Have you received severance notice? Are you now facing a period of uncertainty as you work through your options? Change, whether desired or undesired, affects our equilibrium. Suddenly we have to leave what is familiar and move into an unknown future. This transition can stir up strong emotions that dominate our thinking at work and at home. It may affect how we present ourselves and deal with others in the workplace. We may not control where we work, but we can control how we conduct ourselves during this difficult time.
