@Work With Four Generations Engages 50 BC Public Service Attendees

BCEEA pushed the boundaries of live meeting again by staging a virtual workshop involving an onsite staff group of 20, a hosted panel and 35 registered individuals. Emma Bennett from the partner ministries’ Strategic HR division provided the boardroom facility which offered staff the opportunity of participating as group supported by a facilitator from BCEEA. If noise is any indication of the level of engagement, this lively and somewhat irrepressible group was highly involved in the workshop! The workshop also included a hosted intergenerational panel via panorama camera in a ministry boardroom.

Workshop attendees provided input to discussions by annotating slides and whiteboards, voting on seminal generational influences and engaging in both written and verbal Q&A’s.

Workshop attendees can access and download the participant handout by clicking here.
