Win Your Choice of a "Weekend-Get-Away for 2" or $500

Win your choice of:

A “Weekend-Get–Away for 2” at
Poets Cove Resort & Spa
OR
$500!

Sponsor at least one new member for the BC Excluded Employees’ Association before April 1, 2009, and you might be the lucky winner!

Poets Cove Resort & Spa is a premier luxury resort that offers unparalleled peace, tranquility and elegance in the midst of incredible natural beauty.  It is tucked away in Bedwell Harbour on Pender Island.  For more information visit their website at www.poetscove.com.

A draw to determine the winner will be held in the BCEEA office on Wednesday April 1, 2009.

Here’s how:

  1. 1)   Contact each person on the list of colleagues you receive from your
          BCEEA Director
  2. 2)   Ask them to accept an information package about the BCEEA and
          seriously consider joining the BCEEA
  3. 3)   Once they agree, confirm and advise us of the mailing address they
would like us to send the package to, (work or home) and we’ll
immediately dispatch the information to them.
  4. 4)   Follow up a week later to ensure that they received the package,
and help them answer any question they might have regarding
          BCEEA memberships
  5.

You will be recognized as the “sponsor” for every member who, as a result of your personal effort, applies for membership before April 1, 2009. Your name will be entered into the draw once for every new member you “sponsor” during this campaign. There is no limit to the number of times you can enter – the more non-member colleagues you reach out to, the more chances you have to win!

Act Now: Contest ends March 31!

And don’t forget!  Our “recruitment reward” program provides you with a $75 credit for every new member you sponsor.  This program will remain in place so that you can earn these credits in addition to a chance at a “Weekend-Get-Away for 2” or $500!

Even more good news!  Our recruitment reward policy has been changed so that, in addition to subsidizing the registration fee for work related events, these credits can now also be used to subsidize the cost of extra legal advice, resume assistance, pension counselling, and classification reviews!
