The BC Excluded Employees Association

This month we are launching our ‘Season to appreciate members’, a drive to recognize current members and recruit new members to the BCEEA. There are exciting prizes to win, discounts to enjoy, and more importantly, opportunities to work together to build the future of our organization.

The BCEEA, as you know, is the only professional association that supports the success of all excluded employees. For more than 30 years, we have worked on their behalf. Recently, to ensure that we remain strong and vibrant as an organization, we have adopted a new look and developed strategic marketing initiatives to lead us into the future.

Now we are launching a very focused recruitment campaign that reaches out to non-member excluded employees to inform them about the BCEEA, explain the benefits of membership, and invite them to join.

We want to increase the number of members we have from every region of the province and every part of government, to add new voices, new vitality, and new ideas.

As president and long-term member myself, I believe strongly in the value of the BCEEA, and in the many benefits of membership. Over the coming weeks I will be speaking to as many members and non-members as I can to ‘get the word out’. I am relying on your whole hearted support in making this recruitment campaign a success and asking you to make a personal commitment to sign up at least one new member during this ‘Season to appreciate members’.
