@Work With Four Generations

July 28 from 2PM-4PM via Live Meeting

Noticed any of the following at your workplace?

  • Younger workers moving without a moment's (or two weeks) notice?
  • Boomers treating young employees just like they treat their children?
  • Seasoned workers reminding everyone how things were back in the day?
  • Gen X'ers only working for holiday time?
  • Young managers trying to gain respect from older peers or subordinates?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, @Work With Four Generations is for you!

This workshop will help you understand why different generations have different value systems and the influence a generation gap has on attitudes and behaviours.  This session will examine strategies for effectively connecting with staff, colleagues, and clients of all ages.

Join us on July 28 from 2PM-4PM for an engaging and participatory session and gain new insights and practical suggestions for managing effectively in an intergenerational workplace.

BCEEA Members may register at no cost for this two-hour Live Meeting workshop by clicking on http://bit.ly/cACwm8.

We also welcome registration from our workshop partners, the Ministry of Community and Rural Development and the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and the Arts.  There is no charge for staff from either of those ministries.
