Champions for Success

The BC Excluded Employees’ Association (BCEEA) is the only professional association devoted exclusively to supporting non-union, (excluded), employees in BC’s public service. For over 30 years, we have provided services and opportunities that help our members achieve professional success and contribute to a healthy, productive workplace.

We are committed to supporting the development of a strong, professional public service. We connect members to a network of colleagues and peers, provide opportunities for them to communicate with government, supply them with timely and important information about employment issues, assist and advise them when conflicts or disputes arise, and offer a range of other benefits, including mentoring and coaching, scholarships and financial support, and preferred rates on professional services.

The BCEEA actively facilitates the free exchange of information and ideas between excluded employees and government about their conditions of employment.

The BCEEA provided me with services through a challenging and difficult workforce transition. The management and issue-related HR support and advice was outstanding. I recommend that ALL excluded employees of the BC Government join the BC Excluded Employees' Association.

The BCEEA partners with the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and the Arts and Ministry of Community and Rural Development to explore unique aspects of four generations.
